How much does a custom leather bag cost?

  • Prices start at $700 for smaller bags.

  • Medium and larger sizes are priced higher depending on customization.

  • Free U.S. shipping is always included.

Do you offer payment plans?

You can choose the option that works best for you:

  • Pay in Full: Complete your purchase at checkout.

  • 50% Deposit: Place an order over the phone, pay half up front, and the balance before shipping.

  • Shop Pay Installments: Split your purchase into manageable payments at checkout.

What type of leather do you use?

  • Full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather: the highest grade, naturally tanned with tree bark and plants, durable, and develops a rich patina over time.

How do I place an order?

How will I know my order is confirmed?

  • You’ll receive an initial email after placing your order.

  • Once payment details are approved (1–3 business days), a second confirmation email will follow.

Can I request a custom size?

  • Yes, custom sizes are available.

  • A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required.

  • Custom sizes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

What customization options are available?

You can personalize my exclusive designs in the following ways:

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does production take?

  • Production takes 2–8 weeks, depending on materials and design.

Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes, all U.S. orders ship free via USPS or UPS.

  • A signature is required at delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Not at this time.

  • International shipping is coming soon.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days if your bag is unused and in original condition.

  • Damaged on Arrival: We’ll repair or replace your bag at no cost.

  • Change of Mind: If you don’t love your handbag for any reason, we’ll take it back unused and in original condition.

  • Custom Sizes & Monograms: These are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
